I have been a Broker since the mid 80's. I went on my own and started this business April 14, 2003. My Agency won the Award for "Spirit of The Business Expo 2003". I am proud to have been elected the "2006 Realtor of The Year!" for the Western Mountains of Maine. I was the 2005 - 2006 President of the Mountain Council of Realtors. I retired from the Maine Department of Labor after 28 years of service(Eleven years as a Local Office Manager.) I served 4 years as a Radio Man in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1971. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business administrative Services; a 1984 graduate of Husson College out of Orono, Maine. I graduated from ERA's Top Gun Academy in the early 90's. I believe in community service and was Vice President of the River Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and 2004. I have been a Director Board member since 1989, serving the 10 towns of the Western Mountains of Maine(Andover, Byron, Canton, Carthage, Dixfield, Hanover, Mexico, Peru, Roxbury, and Rumford). I also serve on many sub-committees. The founder of "Christmas In The Valley". I am currently on the "Oxford County Board of Assessment Review". I have been past President of organizations such as: *Western Maine Management Club *Maine Chapter of the International Association of Personnel Security *Chairperson of the Maine Department of Labor's Award and Recognition Committee (3 years) receiving National recognition with the "Unsung Hero Award" from Washington, D.C. for promoting Public Service Recognition Week through out the State of Maine in 1995. I believe in Gandhi's motto: " We Must Be The Change We Wish To See In The World!" My motto is: Do what is right. Do the best you can. Treat other's as you wish to be treated.
